When I met with Steph we chatted over coffee and she told me they had around four weeks until the big day! She knew her vision, what she wanted and what the plan was and having an event background, Steph knew how to pull off a party – and a party which was pretty amazing at that! On the morning of, the boys did what boys do best (helping out with last minute jobs, having a couple of cold ones & of course a cheeky little lake swim to freshen up before getting geared up! The girls chilled while getting glammed up sipping on champagne in a nearby house overlooking the bush. Matt & Steph’s wedding was inspired by Splore, it was a day to remember – full of fun in the sun & surrounded by their loved ones. It was a short native bush walk to the ceremony which then overlooked the beautiful Lake Tarawera. They had festoon lights that hung outside their beautiful reception location just back from the lake and lit up the teepees as they danced the night away. This beautiful day was featured on the front cover of Viva magazine.
